This a freestyle discussion group with a focus on improving the quality of participant’s lives through personal reflection, recognition of strengths, self-awareness and building resilience. This is a support group that provides a safe and non-judgmental environment to allow those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS to experience hope, support, acceptance, and love, without guilt or shame. A light meal is provided.

Our Voices: Group and Writing Workshop with Trell (Athens Office)

First and Third Thursday
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Our voices have value. The group focuses on the power of words and how journaling can help one to evolve. The group trains participants to become advocates and/or how to express oneself through written word. A notebook and lunch is provided.
